General
In these terms and conditions, the
"ETopia Global" will mean www.etopiaglobal.com and the
"Customer" or "you" will mean any person, firm, company or body which places an
order with ETopia Global. Please read these terms and conditions
carefully before using the site. By using the site or any part of it, you agree
that you have read these terms and conditions and that you accept and agree to
be bound by them.
ETopia Global shall make every effort
to ensure that prices, details and sizes of products on this website are updated and in stock. Prices are subject to change without prior notice and all
orders are subject to ETopia Global approval at its sole discretion
and stock availability.
All orders are subject to confirmation of
final availability and ETopia Global retains the right to reject the
order in the event that any of the products or services requested are
unavailable.
Registration
During the registration as a member:
You must provide us with accurate, complete
and up dated information to register;
You must protect your username and
password;
You examine and approve us to assume that
any person using your username and password to login to your account either you
or your authorized person to act for you;
ETopia Global has the totally
discretion to refuse registration of a potential customer and to terminate the
registration of any customer for any reason.
You must inform us by website / email
– etop001@etopiaglobal.com as
soon as possible of any changes to the information that you provided so that we
can communicate with you effectively.
Privacy Protection
ETopia Global is committed to defense
the privacy of individuals with respect to personal data. We make sure that our
policies and practices in relation to the collection, use, retention, transfer
and access of personal data comply with the requirements of the Personal Data
(Privacy) Ordinance (Chapter 486) under the laws of Hong Kong. Please refer to
our Privacy Policy.
Notification for Ordering
Making order means you agree to purchase
the products or services of ETopia Global in agreement with the terms
and conditions of ETopia Global set out herein. After receiving your
order, ETopia Global will send an email to you accepting receipt of
your order. However, the email does not confirm that ETopia
Global has accepted your order. ETopia Global reserves the right
to reject any purchase order without giving any reasons. In the event
that ETopia Global is unable to accept your order. (For example due
to payment issue), ETopia Global will notify you by phone or email
for more details.
If your order is accepted by ETopia
Global, ETopia Global would contact you by email to confirm your
purchase. ETopia Global wil arrange delivery date as soon as
possible.
Delivery Service
ETopia Global provides inspection service before shipping your parcel in order to confirm all the functions are work and no any faulty goods in your order. If you do not need this service, you can leave a comment at checkout.
Delivery service fee is calculated at checkout and according to the weight of products and the destination. The information of shipping fee, duties, taxes, handling days and transit time is shown in Delivery Information. Delivery service is only available the area and countries which are listed in the delivery information page. Should you have any inquiry about delivery, please feel free to contact our Customer Service Department for enquiry.
Delivery service is not available on
non-permanent address frontier closed areas, islands, warehouse and, premises
which are not accessible by staircase and need to deliver through upper tier. Delivery is available on Monday to Saturday
(10:00am to 7:00pm), except Sundays and public holidays.
After your order
in www.etopiaglobal.com has been accepted, and the payment has been
run through the test, you will get a confirmation of purchase letter
from ETopia Global. Under normal circumstances, delivery to Hong Kong area
shall be completed in 2 working days after ordering goods. If payment was
delayed due to bank approval process, delivery date will be adjusted
accordingly. Please note that handling days will be extended in special periods, such as Black Friday and Christmas. Before the arrival of the goods, you will receive a call
notification from our courier (maybe without receive a call notification).
Please check whether all your ordered items are fully delivered against
delivery note, then sign and certify the delivery note to confirm your
acceptance of goods. Signature is required to confirm your acceptance of the
goods.
If delivery is delayed or cancelled due to
traffic, weather, different district or other factors, ETopia
Global shall not be liable for any loss or damage, no matter whether the
factor which causes the delay or cancellation is within the control
of ETopia Global or not.
You shall give us at least 24 hours’ notice
from 10:00am to 7:00pm (Saturday after 1 pm, Sunday and public holiday
excluded) to us in respect of any request for change in delivery date and/or
place, cancel order or change of purchased item.
If for security reason or any other
reasons, our courier is not able to deliver the goods to the
address. ETopia Global may ask you to collect the goods from one of
our stores and will not arrange any delivery.
In case of any disagreement, ETopia
Global determination shall be final.
Store Pick-up Service
When you pick up the product instore, you
would be required to show your printed email order notification (electronic
version is accepted), or the verification codes sent by ETopia Global,
registered contact number and document for identity verification. If you are
failed to provide any of those information, ETopia Global has the
right to refuse you for picking up the product.
When you received the order notification by
email, that means your item is available in the store, ready for pick-up. In
case you have not picked up the product within 3 working days starting from
your ordered date. ETopia Global will try to contact and remind you
to pick up the items you ordered within the designated period. If you have not
collected the product(s) within 15 days starting from your ordered date. In
that case ETopia Global will consider on you gives up the product(s),
and products will be confiscated without refund the payment.
If you cannot pick up the product by
yourself. Representative can do it for you if he/she has your authorized letter
and the printed email order notification.
Once the order is confirmed, you are not
allow to change the pick-up store or change the address for delivery. Also, you are not
allow to change the color or model of the selected product or to change to any
other product.
If your selected store is closed due to
weather or any other uncontrollable factors, you may pick up the product in the
same store on next day the store is opened.
Exchange, Refund and Warranty
In order to ensure the interest of you, quality inspection service is provided before shipment. The information of this service is shown here. If you do not want this service, please leave the comment at checkout page. Otherwise, this service must be applied for all products, except sealed Apple products or other sealed electronic gadgets.
1. Hong Kong Orders
Exchange item is only applicable for exchange when we found the product is broken or not working during the pick-up in our store. We will not exchange or refund to you once you have picked up the product. ETopia Global reserve the final right of determination.
Warranty is not applicable for Hong Kong order.
2. Oversea Orders (the location excepts Hong Kong)
Return and warranty can be applied for Worldwide order. The detailed information is shown here.

Force Majeure
ETopia Global shall not be liable for
any delay or failure in its performance caused by or resulting from acts of
God, fire, flood, accident, riot, war, government intervention, embargoes,
strikes, labor difficulties, equipment failures, or any other causes beyond the
control of ETopia Global.
Payment Method
www.etopiaglobal.com accepts
payment by Visa, Master, Western Union, Moneygram or Bank transfer. All product
prices listed are in respective currency. The prices listed on the website may differ
from the prices of the same products in the physical shops. The purchase price
shall be the price listed on the website as at the date of purchase.
Under Credit Card Purchase Protection
service, e.g. VISA verification service, Master Card Secure Code, customers can
enjoy safe and secure shopping by using their own credit card with specific
password or security code. Credit cards used for shopping should be valid and under
the purchaserˇs own name.
ETopia Global has the discretion to
decide the acceptance of all orders from www.etopiaglobal.com based on the
supply of goods. Customers will receive the final receipt when goods arrived to
designated address. ETopia Global reserves the right to
change the payment terms for any order without prior notice.
These terms and conditions shall be
governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the
People's Republic of China and the Customer and ETopia Global agree
to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts. ETopia
Global may revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior
notice. If any dispute arises, ETopia Global determination shall be
final. Where these terms and conditions are available in Chinese, the English
version is the governing version and shall prevail whenever there is a
discrepancy between the two versions.
