Return & Warranty

Quality Inspection Service
Quality inspection service is provided for all orders, except sealed Apple products or other sealed electronic gadgets. Before we ship out, basic hardware* of the products will be checked and the whole inspection procedure is recorded under the CCTV system. As indicated in the image below, sticker with Etopia logo will be used to seal the product box after inspection.



*Basic hardware includes:
1. DOA (Power on check)
2. Battery charging function
3. Dead Spot check  
4. Camera function
5. WiFi and 4G network access
6. Phone call and speaker
*These are the examples of basic hardware. There are different inspection standards for different categories of product.

Return Policy
We hope you fully enjoy our products and do our best to accommodate return requests. However, in the rare event that an item is returned in an unsuitable condition, incomplete or after the prescribed period, we will not be able to offer a refund or replacement.

*Return and exchange are not applicable for Hong Kong orders.

Simply Change of Mind? No Problem!
You may return your order for a refund in accordance with the following conditions:
1. Notify Etopia Global (etop001@etopiaglobal.com) of your return request within 14 days upon receipt of your order.
2. We will assign a RMA number for your return request and provide a designated address for return shipment.
3. Send the returned products to the designated address, which is normally within your own city/ country, at your cost within 2 days upon getting the RMA number, and send the tracking number to Etopia Global. All returns without an assigned RMA number will not be accommodated.
4. We will refund your payment, less:
- an administrative fee (USD30 for items less than USD799) or 4% of the product cost for items over USD799); and
- the back and forth shipping cost.
5. Returned products must be unused, undamaged and in sealed original packaging including all original accessories (Etopia Logo Sticker cannot be unsealed or broken).

Return of Faulty Item

DOA Items
*DOA = Dead on Arrival = Device won’t turn on when received
1. Notify Etopia Global (etop001@etopiaglobal.com) of your return request with photos or videos in support within 24 hours upon receipt of your order.
2. We will assign a RMA number for your return request and provide a designated address for return shipment.
3. Send the returned products to the designated address, which is normally within your own city/ country, at your cost within 2 days upon getting the RMA number, and send the tracking number to Etopia Global. All returns without an assigned RMA number will not be accommodated.
4. Upon we receive the returned products and confirm the DOA issue, we will arrange for repair or send replacement items if the issue cannot be fixed within a reasonable period of time. Shipping cost from the designated address and repair cost will be covered by Etopia Global.
5. If, after inspection, the DOA issue is considered to be caused by any human faults or damage on your part, we reserve the rights to not to arrange for repairs or replacement. In such event, we will ship back the original products subject to your payment of the necessary shipping cost.
6. Returned products must include all original packaging and accessories.

Defective Items (No Inspection Before Ship Out)
1. Notify Etopia Global (etop001@etopiaglobal.com) of any defects with photos or videos in support within 14 days upon receipt of your order.
2. We will assign a RMA number for your return request and provide a designated address for return shipment.
3. Send the returned products to the designated address, which is normally within your own city/ country, at your cost within 2 days upon getting the RMA number, and send the tracking number to Etopia Global.  All returns without an assigned RMA number will not be accommodated.
4. Upon we receive the returned products and confirm the defects, we will arrange for repair or send replacement items if the defects cannot be fixed within a reasonable period of time. Shipping cost from the designated address and repair cost will be covered by Etopia Global.
5. If, after inspection, the defects are considered to be caused by any human faults or damage on your part, we reserve the rights not to arrange for repairs or replacement.  In such event, we will ship back the original products subject to your payment of the necessary shipping cost.
6. Returned products must include all original packaging and accessories

Defective Items (With Inspection Before Ship Out)
1. As we have conducted quality inspection on the products and were satisfied that they were in perfect condition before we shipped out, we normally do not accept any return request in these circumstances. Nevertheless, you are welcomed to notify Etopia Global (etop001@etopiaglobal.com) of any problems with photos or videos in support within 14 days upon receipt of your order.
2. We will assign a RMA number for your return request if we preliminarily accept that the defective products are eligible for return, and provide a designated address for return shipment.
3. Send the returned products to the designated address, which is normally within your own city/ country, at your cost, within 2 days upon getting the RMA number, and send the tracking number to Etopia Global. All returns without an assigned RMA will not be accommodated.
4. Upon we receive the returned products and confirm the defects, we will arrange for repair at our cost or send replacement items if the defects cannot be fixed within a reasonable period of time. You are required to pay all necessary shipping cost.
5. If, after inspection, the defects are considered to be caused by any human faults or damage on your part, we reserve the rights not to arrange for repair or replacement. In such event, we will ship back the original products subject to your payment of the necessary shipping cost.
6. Returned products must include all original packaging and accessories.

Wrong Items
Only products that are inconsistent with those stated on the product listing or invoice will be accepted for return.
1. Notify Etopia Global (etop001@etopiaglobal.com) of any wrong items with photos or videos in support within 24 hours upon receipt of your order.
2. We will assign a RMA number for your return request and provide a designated address for return shipment.
3. Send the wrong items to the designated address, which is normally within your own city/ country, at your cost, within 2 days upon getting the RMA number, and send the tracking number to Etopia Global. All returns without an assigned RMA number will not be accommodated.
4. Upon we receive the returned products, we will ship out the correct items ASAP. Shipping cost from the designated address will be covered by Etopia Global.
5. Returned products must be unused, undamaged and in sealed original packaging including all original accessories (Etopia Logo Sticker cannot be unsealed or broken).

Warranty
Etopia Global offers up to 12-month warranty to electronics products (calculated from the invoice date). Please keep the invoice copy for warranty claims. Warranty is only applicable for the products which have been applied by our quality inspection service.

Exclusion of Warranty
- Consumable (e.g. vacuum brush, batteries and memory cards)
- Accessories (e.g. charging cable of mobile phones, cases and box)
- Scratches or physical damage on devices
- Damaged or broken screen or LCD
- Water damage
- Software problems including but not limited to (Virus, Jail Break, Rooted OS or Flashed ROM, Malicious Software or Apps)
- Damage caused by bad packaging during return
- Improper usage
*Return and warranty are not applicable for Hong Kong order.
*Etopia Global reserves the right of final decision and interpretation in the case of any dispute.
